Before you start

Click “Register” at the top right of the Home page and follow the instructions to create your new account. Your account gives you the option to save your order progress (if you need to return to it later), your order history and allows you to forward an order to a colleague for their approval.

Upon ordering, your total price will be displayed at Checkout stage including delivery and VAT.

You can download a Price Guide from the top right hand corner of our website or on “All Products” page for each product type.

We welcome personal quotation requests for our “Made for You” bespoke artwork service.

From time to time we have money saving promotions and incentives, these are displayed on our ‘Offers’ page.

Just contact us at [email protected] and let us know which product(s) you’re interested in.

Make sure to give us your full name, job title, school name and school postal address.

We don’t send samples to personal addresses.

For all product ranges you’ll choose your quantity when all components are in your basket.

For School Planner products you can order in batches of 50 up to 2,000.

For Teacher Planner products you can order in batches of 10 up to 150.

For Prospectus and Information Booklets you can order in batches of 100 up to 1,000.

There’s absolutely no compromise on quality:

All School Planner products: 350 gsm art board for covers, 80 gsm bond for pages; 500 mic polypropylene for protective plastic covers.

All School Prospectuses: 350gsm silk art board for covers, 150gsm silk art paper for pages.

All Information Booklets: 150 gsm silk art paper.

A5/A6 school & teacher planner products use continuous steel spiral binding.

A4/B5 Teacher Planners use steel wire-o binding.

Both of above are suitable for all year round use.

Prospectuses and Information Booklets use two metal staples stitched into the spine.

School Planners

On your chosen school planner page click “get started” at the bottom of the “Made by You” area on  your screen.

You can see all our cover design templates before you start your order – click “see our templates” on your chosen planner product

Once you start your order, choose from the cover design templates on screen, if appropriate, choose a colour option from the drop down menu.

Alternatively, you can upload your own cover design file at Checkout.

You’ll be given instructions to upload your school name and logo when you’ve added all your components to your basket.

For the best quality print, your logo needs to be of good size and resolution (300 dpi); files we can accept are .PNG, EPS OR JPEG

DON’T  try to upload your logo using a Word file.

Click option “Upload your own cover design”, you’ll be given instructions to upload your file when you’ve added all your components to your basket.

The back cover of all “Made by You” school planner products is blank. All Primary, Secondary & Sixth Form Planners have a useful ruler feature on the left hand edge.

You can supply your personalised pages in black, colour or a mix of the two:

When prompted, choose the option that’s appropriate:

  • Printed in black only. Choose the black print upload option and number of pages from the drop down menu.
  • Printed in colour only. Choose the colour print upload option and number of pages from the drop down menu.
  • Printed in black and colour. Choose the black and colour mix upload option and number of pages from the drop down menu.

You’ll upload your personalised pages PDF file when all components are in your basket .

You’ll see all our diary templates before you start your order – click “see our templates” on your chosen planner product

Once you start your order, choose from the diary templates on screen.

If none of these templates are suitable, you can ask for a quotation to use our “Made for You” bespoke service.

Our diary templates are current dated academic school year with options for ‘non date specific’.

Because half term dates can differ per region, our diaries contain 45 weeks starting from first week September through to last week July. The last week in December is excluded.

In the additional components screen just tick any component option you require, these will appear in your basket on the right of the screen.

We’ll always create your school planners, reading records and personalised notebooks in the following order:

  1. Plastic cover (optional but recommended)
  2. Front cover
  3. Personalised pages (if any)
  4. Weekly Diary, Reading Record, Notebook section
  5. Time Planning (optional)
  6. Permission to Leave slips (optional)
  7. Late for Lessons slips (optional)

We’ll always create your teacher planners and academic year diaries in the following order:

Just order another component section of your choice, eg General Notes are 8 pages – if you want more, add another General Notes component to your order, this will make 16 General Notes pages in total.

For school planner products you can choose from 50 up to 2,000 in batches of 50.

Prospectuses

On your chosen school prospectus page click “get started” at the bottom of the “Made by You” area on screen.

Please Note: All fonts, headers and text layout are fixed within your chosen prospectus design template.

If you’re looking for something different, then talk to us about our “Made for You” bespoke prospectus design service.

You’ll be given instructions to upload your school name and logo when you’ve added all your components to your basket.

All our Made by You prospectus design templates use a standard typeface; if you’d prefer something different, just ask us and we’ll advise if this is possible.

You’ll be given instructions for how to upload your personal content when you’ve added your options to your basket. This includes number and size of photos for your chosen prospectus format.

You’ll supply your content in a single .docx file in page order

You’ll be given instructions for how to upload your photographs when you’ve added your options to your basket.

Your photos need to be supplied as JPEG files at 300 dpi.

Sizes are dependent upon your chosen prospectus design, you’ll be advised when all items are in your basket at Checkout.

You’ll choose your quantity when all components are in your basket.

Choose your number of Prospectuses (in increments of 100) between 100 and 1,000.

If you require more than 1,000 you can either repeat your order or contact us.

You’ll find these in “All Products” and Prospectus tabs on our website. You’ll use the same ordering process as our other prospectus products.

Payment & Delivery

When all components are in your basket, your total price will be displayed at Checkout – including delivery and VAT.

You can download a Price Guide at the top right hand corner of our website, or on our “All Products” page for individual product types.

We welcome quotation requests for our “Made for You” bespoke artwork service.

For each section or component you can download a PDF file to see your product design and content.

All jobs are checked internally by our production team – we’ll ensure the files supplied by you are fit for purpose – including logo, school name and personalised pages plus all selected components are included in your product.

If you require to see a proof via email contact us: [email protected]

If a proof is sent, your job will be placed on hold until we have your approval in writing, we advise this is within 24 hours, otherwise delays in production can occur.

If you’ve ordered the maximum number of products and need more, go into ‘your account’, click on your order and click ‘reorder’ (located under thumbnail image), click ‘edit item’ to edit the quantity you want and proceed to Checkout.  Please note minimum quantities will still apply.

Our payment gateway is powered by Stripe which offers the very best security.

We offer 2 options for payment:

  1. BACS Bank Transfer
  2. Credit/Debit Card

BACS – Important Information

Schools who pay via their Local Authority can use the BACS payment option, however we won’t proceed with your order until we’ve received cleared payment.

On placement of your order an invoice is automatically generated to your email address (as an attachment). You’ll need to forward this to your accounts team/local authority for payment.

We’re unable to proceed with your order until payment has been cleared.

 

Credit/debit card – Important Information

At no point are your card details visible to/held by us, this is securely taken care of by Stripe.

Any refunds if appropriate will be refunded to the same card account via Stripe.

Please note we’re are unable to process any order until we’ve received cleared payment.

Delivery is dependent on your required quantity and time of year order is placed.

At peak production time (July and August) we need a minimum of 4 weeks from your cleared payment.

If you’ve a delivery date in mind, just add this to your order in “special instructions”, we’ll let you know if this is realistic.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

Yes, we’ll need a contact name, email address and telephone number to arrange delivery.

You’ll need to let us know your school opening times during the holidays for deliveries.

Please provide this information on your order under “special instructions”.

Yes, we can deliver outside the UK (with some exceptions) before placing your order please email [email protected] for delivery costs.

Your order history will be in your account.

You’ll need to go through the order process selecting the same components as in your previous order – if you don’t have your personalised pages and/or cover design (if applicable), you can ask us to retrieve these files (using the special instructions box in your order) giving us the previous job number – these will be printed exactly as your previous order.
