9.2 We won’t commence any work until cleared payment has been received.

9.3 We don’t store any card details on this website; all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

9.1 Completion of work and delivery times are a guide only, we normally expect to deliver within 15 working days, dependent upon time of year, quantity and product type ordered.

9.2 We deliver by default to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to non UK mainland addresses or non UK addresses are at our discretion and subject to additional costs.

  1. Faulty goods/right to cancel

10.1 Where whole or part of the goods are faulty or don’t comply with any of your order, you should tell us in writing within 3 working days of delivery. You’d need to return your goods for us to carry out an inspection, if goods are found to be faulty you’ll be entitled to replacement goods or a full or part refund including if any, additional delivery charges.

10.2 You don’t have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
